Job Description
- Define and setup Job flow in Control-M across multi-platform systems( Mainframe, AS/400, Unix, Windows)
- Check daily job scheduled and liaise with Vendors on incidents and problems related to Control-M
- Liaise with teams on batch job setup requirements and also work with Business units on authorized adhoc requests
- Assist in troubleshooting problems related to Control-M upon escalation
- Provide support to ensure quality and stable environment to our clients
- Create support documentation to reduce meantime to resolve issues
- Flexibility and Availability to work for production support during early morning/late evening/ night hours and weekends
Job Requirement
- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or IT related field.
- One must have Control-M Workload Automation / Job Scheduling hands-on experience of at least 1 to 2 years; preferably Version 9.x
- Experience in using Control-M utilities for AS400 , Mainframe , Open system (Unix and Windows) platform
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite of products
- Good Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Operations support and monitoring
- Proven ability to work independently and under pressure
- Willing to extend work on weekends as and when required
