Business Analyst

Your qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field

• 5 year's relevant experience

• Knowledge and experience with .Net application programming, powershell and batch scripting

• Experienced in troubleshooting application issues on Microsoft Windows Server

• Experience with AIX systems will be advantageous.

• Broad knowledge and solid experience in technology operations

• Experience of managing or working with large software applications in complex technology environments

• ITIL experience is preferred

• Knowledge of the financial services industry is preferred

Key responsibilities

• Manage project and service delivery of requests issued to application developer.

• Review and ensure services delivered by application developers are in accordance to specifications, and the changes are properly documented and delivered according to established processes.

• Issue ticketing and tracking

• Daily operations of technology platforms, including monitoring and troubleshooting

• Problem management and user requirements analysis for technology platforms

Key competencies

• Development experience with the tools mentioned in the qualifications

• Operational experience with mission-critical software and experience in delivering technical services

• Experience working with end-user

• Good communications skills and the ability to interact professionally with users and vendors.
