Job Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day operational support such as data entry, account maintenance, document retrieval, archival, letter and mail handling.
  • Review accounts received in the working queue.
  • Participate in user acceptance test (UAT) for process automation.
  • Respond to internal enquiries on account maintenance matter.
  • Handle any other reasonable duties or responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
