Customer Profile Management
- Review and understand customers profiles, products purchased, and update customers MWP (My Wealth Planner) in a centralized record for callbacks.
Customer Interaction
- Reach out to customers via recorded phone calls to confirm details of advisory, products, and risks, following a scripted set of questions.
- Maintain accurate records of the outcomes of calls with customers.
Escalation & Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales team to promptly escalate or relay customer concerns or questions.
Additional Responsibilities
- Take on additional responsibilities as required in line with evolving organizational needs.
- Be flexible with work hours, including extended or staggered hours when necessary.
