Job Description

Customer Profile Management

  • Review and understand customers profiles, products purchased, and update customers MWP (My Wealth Planner) in a centralized record for callbacks.

Customer Interaction

  • Reach out to customers via recorded phone calls to confirm details of advisory, products, and risks, following a scripted set of questions.
  • Maintain accurate records of the outcomes of calls with customers.

Escalation & Collaboration

  • Work closely with the sales team to promptly escalate or relay customer concerns or questions.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Take on additional responsibilities as required in line with evolving organizational needs.
  • Be flexible with work hours, including extended or staggered hours when necessary.
