- Venue Sales
- Support and drive venue sales for ArtScience Museum and Attractions, including maintaining a proactive sales pipeline, responding to enquiries, preparing proposals, and following through on sales leads.
- Plan and coordinate private hires, corporate events, and client engagements across ArtScience Museum and Attractions, ensuring client requirements are clearly captured and aligned with operational capabilities.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Operations, Events, Technical, Front of House, Finance, and Marketing teams, to ensure smooth planning, execution, billing, and post-event follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams to support repeat business, service quality, and commercial outcomes.
- Museum Pricing, Ticketing & Reporting
- Support pricing reviews, ticketing set-up, and product configuration for ArtScience Museum and Attractions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, operational requirements, and financial sustainability.
- Liaise with ticketing, operations, and digital platform teams to support smooth customer journeys across B2C, B2B, travel agent, corporate, and partnership channels.
- Monitor ticketing performance, sales channels, redemptions, and related reports to identify trends, operational gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate reporting requirements for internal stakeholders and external agencies, ensuring submissions are accurate, timely, and aligned with audit, governance, and compliance requirements.
- Business Analytics
- Lead and coordinate regular visitation forecasting, performance updates, and business reporting for ArtScience Museum and Attractions to support management reviews and cross-functional planning.
- Use established evaluation frameworks to assess the viability, performance, and commercial impact of exhibitions, programmes, campaigns, and business initiatives.
- Prepare, review, and present post-exhibition, post-programme, and campaign performance reports, highlighting key insights, implications, and recommended next steps.
- Translate data and operational feedback into clear recommendations that support audience development, revenue optimisation, guest experience improvements, and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with Data, Finance, Ticketing, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and timely follow-through on insights.
- Business Development, Innovation & Team Support
- Research market trends, industry benchmarks, and emerging guest experience concepts to identify new commercial, partnership, product, or innovation opportunities for the Attractions portfolio.
- Maintain compliance with departmental policies, Company procedures, audit requirements, and operating standards.
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume, and performance-driven environment while maintaining high standards of service, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Education & Certification
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, Event Management, Arts Management, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience for Officer level, or 4 to 6 years of relevant experience for Senior Officer level, preferably in attractions, hospitality, tourism, museums, exhibitions, events, business development, commercial operations, or analytics.
- Experience in venue sales, private event coordination, ticketing, pricing, business reporting, partnership support, or commercial project coordination would be an advantage..
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into clear business insights and practical recommendations.
- Commercially minded, organised, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, stakeholders, and follow-up actions concurrently.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with internal departments, external partners, vendors, clients, and senior stakeholders.
- Good business acumen and an interest in guest experience, attractions, arts and culture, tourism trends, and revenue optimisation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with reporting dashboards, ticketing systems, CRM tools, or data visualisation platforms would be an advantage.
- Proficient in written and spoken English; proficiency in an additional language or dialect would be an advantage.
- Professional, service-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required by business or event needs.
