Manage and supervise office staff and administrative personnel
Oversee HR functions including recruitment coordination, staff administration, and employee matters
Support coordination of shift-based operational staff scheduling and deployment, including field teams and service personnel
Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
Assist in monitoring and managing the company's Profit & Loss (P&L)
Handle and coordinate government grant applications and submissions
Work closely with the Business Development Manager in preparing tenders, proposals, and submissions
Support and coordinate marketing and business development activities to ensure business growth
Support overall business operations and operational planning
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders
Improve office processes and operational workflows where necessary
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, HR, Accounting, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in office management, operations, or HR administration
Strong organisational and leadership skills
Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with different teams across the organisation
Experience managing shift-based operational teams (e.g. healthcare services, transport, logistics, emergency services or similar industries) will be an advantage
Experience in business operations and financial reporting preferred
Familiarity with Singapore government grants and funding schemes is an advantage
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
