Responsibilities

. Assess and identify rehabilitation needs of residents, develop and implement appropriate individualised occupational therapy programmes.

. Evaluate and prescribe assistive devices to improve function in activities of daily living.

. Liaise with various stakeholders involved in the rehabilitation process and refer residents to respective professionals for consultation.

. Ensure that proper documentation is made for all treatment rendered to residents.
