Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior/Nurse Manager at Ren Ci Hospital in Singapore. The Senior/Nurse Manager will oversee day-to-day nursing operations, ensure high standards of patient care, and manage nursing staff. Responsibilities include developing and implementing nursing policies, coordinating with medical professionals, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The role also involves critical care management, staff training, and fostering a compassionate care environment.

Qualifications
- Experience in nursing management and patient care
- Strong background in Nursing and experience in licencing/nursing/clinical audits
- Ideally with some experience in nursing home
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Experienced people manager
- Commitment to delivering compassionate care and upholding high nursing standards
- Registered Nurse with a valid practicing license
