As a Senior Nurse Manager (Home Care), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Lead and manage home nursing operations, including service delivery, resource allocation, and care coordination across multidisciplinary teams

• Ensure regulatory compliance with MOH guidelines, Singapore Nursing Board standards, and internal policies

• Drive clinical governance and quality initiatives, focusing on patient safety, risk management, audits, and continuous improvement

• Develop and execute strategic plans with HOD to achieve clinical, operational, and business KPIs

• Oversee SOP development and implementation, ensuring alignment with evidence-based practices and nursing standards

• Build and lead a high-performing team through recruitment, training, competency development, and performance management

• Mentor nursing leaders (e.g., Nurse Managers, Clinicians, Educators) to strengthen leadership and clinical capabilities

• Collaborate with senior management and external stakeholders to develop new programmes and innovative care models

• Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous learning, including participation in training and service improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Nursing.

• Registered in Singapore Nursing Board.

• Min 5 years of nursing management or health services management experience, including at least 3 years in people management, with community care exposure.
