Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Provide Level 3 network and security support in enterprise environments.
- Support incident resolution and ensure adherence to service level targets.
- Troubleshoot and manage firewalls, load balancers, proxies, and related security technologies.
- Participate in high-complexity network design and implementation activities.
- Own and manage specific network/security technology domains.
- Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge transfer.
- Maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and runbooks.
- Coordinate technical activities to meet operational and performance objectives.
Skills & Requirements:-
- 810 years of experience in network operations and security support.
- Strong hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers (including F5), web proxies, and wireless technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, SD-WAN, multicast, and related networking protocols.
- Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (e.g., log analysis, packet capture, ITSM tools).
- Familiarity with DDoS mitigation and high-availability network architectures.
- Relevant expert-level certifications (e.g., CCIE or equivalent) preferred.
- ITIL knowledge or certification is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
