Responsibilities
- Lead and resolve technical incidents via ServiceNow.
- Troubleshoot global network issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Mentor engineers and support a 24/7 global support model.
Requirements
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 9-12 years experience in global network infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge in LAN/WAN, routing (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP), and IP services.
- Hands-on with Cisco (ASR, Nexus, Meraki, Wireless), F5, and SD-WAN (Viptela).
- AWS Advanced Networking certification and experience with AWS Load Balancers and cloud integration.
- Skilled in Wireshark and debugging network devices.
