Senior Network Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer to support and enhance mission-critical, high-availability infrastructure in a complex enterprise environment. This role offers strong exposure to large-scale network systems, security, and disaster recovery operations.

What You'll Do

• Manage and support network and security infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, DNS, load balancers)
• Perform system hardening, patching, upgrades, and performance tuning
• Provide L2 support for incidents, root cause analysis, and problem resolution
• Support change, release, and configuration management processes
• Execute and maintain backup and disaster recovery (DR) strategies and testing
• Contribute to infrastructure projects and continuous improvements

Note: This is a 24/7 shift-based role.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering within enterprise or mission-critical environments
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Cisco networking (routers & switches)
• Firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, etc.)
• VPN, DNS, Load Balancers
• Experience in network security, patching, and performance optimisation
• Familiarity with data centre operations and ITIL processes is a plus
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, NSE, PCNSE) are advantageous
