Profile - Sr Engineer - Global Service Operations

Location- Singapore

Looking for only Permanent and singaporean

Language - English, Mandarin and chinese - Mandatory

Experience - 2+ years

Requirements :

2+ years of relevant experience in Configuring, Troubleshooting and resolving Level 1/1.5 incidents / queries related to Network, SD-WAN & SASE.

Specifically looking for expertise in: IP Networking / SD-WAN (VIPTELA, VERSA, FORTINET) and Security (FORTINET).

If candidate not having experience with any SDWAN so, we will consider experience on these IP/MPLS and BGP ..
