Responsibilities:
1) Network Engineering
- Design, configure, and implement network solutions, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points and SDWAN.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Perform regular maintenance and upgrades on network devices and systems.
- Implement and manage network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
- Configure and manage DHCP and DNS services to ensure efficient network operations.
- Engineer and maintain Microsoft Active Directory and WSUS (Windows Server Update Services) for user management and system updates.
- Engineer and maintain Microsoft Entra ID and MECM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager) for user management and system management.
- Collaborate with customer's IT teams to integrate network solutions with other systems and applications.
- Document network configurations, processes, and procedures for reference and compliance.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and end-users regarding network-related issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in networking and IT infrastructure especially on cloud solutions.
- Support on daily operation, Adhoc project and cross team support when needed.
- Able to work independently to perform scratch base installation, backup, restore, configure, upgrade network equipment.
2) IT infrastructure
- Brings a broad understanding of IT infrastructure and support services. This role involves working closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality IT services to our clients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless delivery of IT services to clients.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, server deployment, and end-user support.
- Familiarity with RDS, network radius design and troubleshoot.
- Familiarity with server upgrade and server role migration.
- Able to support on urgent or weekend for OS or network maintenance when needed on operation or project need.
3) Pre-Sales Activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential opportunities for network solutions.
- Conduct technical assessments of client requirements and translate them into effective network designs and proposals.
- Develop and present compelling technical presentations and demonstrations to clients, showcasing our network solutions.
- Provide expert advice on network architecture, design, and implementation best practices.
- Assist in the preparation of RFPs, RFQs, and other technical documentation as needed.
- Engage with clients to address technical questions and concerns throughout the sales process.
- Work closely with product management and engineering teams to stay updated on the latest technologies and solutions.
- Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and events to promote our network offerings.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and market trends.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in networking.
Requirements: -

- Allied Telesis
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in IT infrastructure business
