Design & Documentation
- Update network solution architecture drawings/diagrams.
- Produce Low-Level Designs (LLDs) for OPS Network and SMRC Network, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and hardening states.
- Write test procedures (ITD) and operational artifacts: maintenance/user manuals, config/rollback/runbooks, troubleshooting guides (FMC/FTD firewalls SMRC offline/online).
Integration & Configuration
- Configure interfaces, zones, firewall policies (L4-L7), IPS, application filtering (offline/online as scoped).
- Integrate offline SMRC components (e.g., PIM/PAM, SNMS/SMS/NMS/LMS, RADIUS, NTP, SIEM) with HSE & remote site switches.
- Support online OPS firewalls/external interfaces validate transparent firewall failover in HA/standalone.
- Set up the External Support Platform (ESP): L2/L3 switch config firewall S2S VPN, DMZ, NAT, ACL/IPS/URL-content/VPN policies device hardening per guidelines.
- Provide on-site troubleshooting during deployment & integration.
Hardening & Assurance
- Harden online/offline SMRC and OPS firewalls/network devices.
- Investigate and resolve operational issues arising from hardening activities.
- Adhere to project design, Cisco best practices, and client quality/safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Cisco CCNP (minimum) senior hands-on network engineering experience.
- Strong expertise with Cisco FMC/FTD, firewalls, IDS/IPS, HA failover, L4-L7 policying.
- Solid L2/L3 skills (switching, routing, VLANs).
- Security services/integrations exposure: RADIUS, NTP, SIEM, PAM/PIM, SNMS/NMS/LMS.
- Proven experience producing LLDs, test procedures, and operational documentation.
- On-site deployment/integration/troubleshooting in critical environments.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and disciplined change/test practices.
Nice to Have
- Experience in critical infrastructure / aviation / ATC environments.
- Familiarity with vulnerability assessment / penetration testing workflows.
- Prior work under regulated public-sector standards in Singapore.
