Senior MuleSoft Integration Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients across ASEAN to deliver MuleSoft integration solutions.
• Analyze technical and functional requirements and translate them into scalable API and integration solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy MuleSoft APIs using MuleSoft 4 and Anypoint Platform.
• Provide technical guidance throughout implementation, testing, and production deployment.
• Perform solution estimation, design, development, unit testing, and integration governance.
• Develop reusable integration patterns, frameworks, and architecture blueprints.
• Perform data transformation using DataWeave, including simple and complex transformation scenarios.
• Develop and integrate solutions using REST, JSON, XML, and web services.
• Identify technical and process risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Ensure integration solutions comply with established development and integration standards.
• Work with stakeholders to provide regular project updates and support successful project delivery.
• Build strong client relationships and provide technical guidance as a trusted integration advisor.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution proposals, technical discussions, and solution design as required.

Job Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in integration technologies such as middleware, ETL, MDM, API gateways, or related integration platforms.
• Proven experience in building APIs and enterprise integration solutions.
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft and Anypoint Platform.
• Experience with MuleSoft CloudHub 1.0 and/or CloudHub 2.0.
• MuleSoft certification will be an added advantage.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of APIs, REST, JSON, XML, and web services.
• Hands-on or practical knowledge of DataWeave or similar data transformation technologies.
• Familiarity with Java/J2EE technologies.
• Knowledge of API-led connectivity architecture and integration patterns.
• Experience with webMethods, TIBCO, or IBM WebSphere will be an added advantage.
