About the role
As part of their expansion, they are seeking a Senior Motion Designer to lead the creation of high-quality, innovative motion assets that elevate their brand, product, and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Spearhead concept development, transforming abstract strategies into engaging visual stories and structured frameworks.

• Build sophisticated storyboards and motion languages that define campaigns, brand films, and product explainers.

• Explore creative directions at scale using AI platforms such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, and Dreamina.

• Align teams around a unified narrative vision, ensuring consistency across multiple channels and touchpoints.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and brand teams to ensure motion content aligns with strategic objectives and supports consultative selling initiatives.

• Experiment with new tools, techniques, and AI-driven creative approaches, sharing insights with the wider team.

Skills and experience required

• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or video production, with proven expertise in motion graphics and video editing.
  Hands-on experience using generative AI tools for visual content creation.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing a diverse range of motion design work, including both traditional animation/video projects and AI-enhanced creative outputs.
