Senior MLRO - Payments
My client is a leading and growing Payments and Crypto Firm and we are recruiting for an MLRO professional. You will be given the opportunity to be the AML lead for payments & crypto, and work closely with stakeholders in the market.
Responsibilities for this Senior MLRO - Payments role
- Design, implement, and maintain AML/CFT/sanctions compliance frameworks and controls tailored for emerging markets
- Lead global AML strategy and operations for payments and crypto products across emerging markets
- Build and manage crosscountry AML programs in various regions
- Maintain compliance with global AML standards
- Serve as the accountable MLRO for designated jurisdictions
Requirements for this Senior MLRO - Payments role
- 8+ years of experience in AML / antifinancial crime within the payments / Crypto sector
- Strong track record operating in emerging markets In-depth knowledge of international trade
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in spoken Chinese is required
