SENIOR MEDICAL CLINICIAN EMERGENCY MEDICAL DISPATCH

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical guidance for complex emergency medical calls and telephone triage.
• Support clinicians and call handlers in making timely clinical decisions.
• Review emergency call recordings, conduct clinical audits and recommend improvements.
• Conduct medical training and support updates to medical protocols and pre-arrival instructions.
• Support service quality monitoring and reporting selected candidates may be appointed Team Lead.

Requirements

• Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum nursing grade of Senior Staff Nurse 2 Senior Staff Nurse 1 preferred.
• At least 5 years experience in an emergency medicine setting.
• Existing registration with the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Strong clinical judgement, communication and computer skills able to work under pressure.
