Senior MECM / SCCM Administrator_Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM).
• Manage Windows OS deployment, software packaging, application deployment, and monthly patching activities.
• Provide L3 support and troubleshooting for SCCM infrastructure, client health, software updates, and task sequences.
• Develop PowerShell automation for administration, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Support MECM integration with Microsoft Intune and co-management initiatives.
• Collaborate with Security teams on compliance, vulnerability remediation, Microsoft Defender, and Qualys-related activities.
• Monitor platform health, generate compliance reports, and support audit requirements.
• Manage incidents, changes, and service requests through ServiceNow.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with MECM/SCCM administration in an enterprise environment.
• Expertise in software deployment, OS deployment, patch management, compliance, collections, and reporting.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, Active Directory, Group Policy, WSUS, PKI, Qualys, and ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of application packaging (MSI, PSADT) and Windows Server infrastructure.
• Excellent troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Banking, financial services, or other highly regulated industry experience preferred.
• Microsoft certifications and ITIL Foundation are advantageous.
