Senior Mechanical Technician

Our client is a MNC chemical manufacturer company. They are currently seeking for Senior Mechanical Technician.

The role of the Senior Mechanical Technician includes:

• Manage emergency/ unscheduled repairs of production equipment. Provide redesign and improvements to equipment Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and ensure action follow-up to prevent recurrence of breakdowns.
• Lead repairs, improvement project implementation and liaise with vendors / contractors on scope of work.
• Lead Root Cause Analyses (RCA), conduct investigation, create solutions and take full ownership of the report, including coordinating/ follow-up investigation with team member.
• Lead spare parts Management and annual inventory stock-count.
• Compile and monitor Equipment Reliability Action Tasks execution and completion then analyze and optimize.
• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Maintenance Manager from time to time.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 05 years of experience in a process plant with maintenance experience.
• Hands-on in troubleshooting and maintenance rotating and static equipment.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team with strong troubleshooting skill.
