Senior Mechanical Technician

Job Descriptions:

. Manage emergency/ unscheduled repairs of production equipment. Provide redesign and improvements to equipment

. Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and ensure action follow-up to prevent recurrence of breakdowns.

. Lead repairs, improvement project implementation and liaise with vendors / contractors on scope of work.

. Lead Root Cause Analyses (RCA), conduct investigation, create solutions and take full ownership of the report, including coordinating/ follow-up investigation with team member.

. Lead spare parts Management and annual inventory stock-count.

. Compile and monitor Equipment Reliability Action Tasks execution and completion then analyze and optimize.

. Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Maintenance Manager from time to time.

Job Requirements:

. Diploma/ Degree in mechanical Engineering or any relevant trade certificate.

. Minimum 05 years of experience in a process plant with maintenance experience.

. Should be able to communicate in English written & spoken.

. Knowledge of mechanical / process systems.

. Able to work independently as well as in a team with strong troubleshooting skill.
