Senior Service Technician - Electrical & Electronic (Kitchen Equipment)

We are looking for a talented Senior Service Technician - Electrical to join our team in Tuas, Singapore. The position holder is responsible for Service, Maintenance, Troubleshoot, and Repair of a range of electrical kitchen appliances / equipment and supervise a small team of technicians in Tuas.
Key Tasks:
- Service, Maintenance, Troubleshoot, and Repair of a range of electrical kitchen appliances / equipment Eg. Food Processor, Dough Mixer, Induction Cooker, Oven, Water Boiler and etcs.
- Attending sites at customer locations to troubleshoot issue, and carry out fault finding, diagnosis and repair kitchen equipment.
- Resolve any electrical and mechanical engine problems.
- Replacing electrical and mechanical components & carry out full maintenance servicing.
- Plan, execute and monitor all planned service schedules.
- Submit a daily / weekly report to highlight key issues relating to the schedule delivery to operation head.
- Coordinate & prepare the service location permit to work and other relevant documentation requirement.
- Ensure proper documentation of service reports and other records.
- Partnering Sales Colleagues to ensure all job orders are delivered by Servicing Team in an efficient and optimum level.
- Conduct site visit, testing & commissioning independently / with Service team to ensure quality of service and safety practices as and when required.
- Customer liaison, update and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Issue Job Order / quotation of spare parts
- Prepare products and inventory at the workshop for the Service team.
- Support the Operation Head in managing the Service technicians, Operation matters & rostering & Leave issues.
- Adhere to company health & safety standards and regulations where applicable.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of workplace.
- Any other ad-hoc duties or any other assigned task if required by your Reporting Officer / Management
- Ensure the Company tooling and equipment are well-cared for and adequate to support the Company's business operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC - ITE / Diploma in Electrical Electronic Engineering / Electrical Engineering / NTC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering - LEW an added advantage
- Or equivalent with at least 2 years experience in servicing Kitchen appliances / equipment / machines preferably
- Able to troubleshoot and repair both electrical and electronic components inside the machine / equipment.
- Able to handle work professionally, independently, and efficiently.
- Preferable for candidates to possess basic written & verbal communication in both English and Chinese (to liaise with English and Chinese speaking associates)
- Salary will be commensurate with experience and capability.
- Permanent Sunday and public holidays off
- Adequate computer knowledge, MS EXCEL, knowledge in SAP program is an added advantage.
- Able to adapt in a fast pace working environment.
