About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our innovative team. As a Senior Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and testing mechanical systems and components for various projects. You will also lead technical teams, oversee the execution of engineering tasks, and contribute to enhancing product performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Design & Development: Lead the design and development of mechanical systems and components for new products, ensuring they meet the technical requirements and industry standards.
- Technical Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality engineering solutions.
- Project Management: Oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring that all mechanical engineering aspects are executed efficiently.
- Problem Solving & Optimization: Identify and troubleshoot design and engineering issues, applying best practices and innovative solutions to improve system performance and efficiency.
- Testing & Validation: Conduct product testing and validation to ensure the designs meet safety, regulatory, and performance standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with electrical, software, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems in the final product.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed technical reports, specifications, and documentation for project tracking and future reference.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- At least 5-7 years of hands-on experience in mechanical design, engineering, and product development.
- Strong knowledge of CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, etc.) and FEA tools.
- Experience in design for manufacturability, prototyping, and testing.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- In-depth understanding of mechanical systems, thermodynamics, and material science.
- Experience in industries such as automotive, robotics, or aerospace is highly preferred.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
