Cicor Asia is seeking a senior mechanical design engineer with the qualifications to also take on the role as team leader for the mechanical team.
The position is full time and on-site at Cicor's site in Singapore.
In this position, you will have a leading role in coordinating and performing mechanical design activities in product development projects toward Cicor customers.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead mechanical design resource.
- Team lead of the mechanical design team in Singapore.
- Oversee and coordinate activities.
- Plan projects and allocate resources.
- Collaborate with Singapore tool design team.
- Collaborate with Cicor manufacturing sites and support NPI.
- Collaborate and support development project teams from other Cicor sites around the world.
- Support local management and sales with budgeting and quoting activities for new and existing customer projects.
Experiences / Qualifications and skills:
- Must be minimum of 5 years of experience in Mechanical Design.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree.
- Experienced within Product Development and the overall process.
- Experience in Project Management and technical lead roles.
- Fluent in English, verbal and writing.
- Good people skills, creative and problem solving mindset.
- Proficient in SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD software.
