Job Summary
We seek an independent, self-motivated Maintenance Engineer to lead facilities operation and maintenance projects, ensuring optimal plant performance in semiconductor or pharmaceutical environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage teams of engineers and technicians to execute facilities operation and maintenance projects effectively
- Apply mechanical engineering expertise to oversee maintenance activities in semiconductor or pharmaceutical plant settings
- Coordinate site operations to ensure continuous and efficient plant performance over seven to ten years of site experience
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies that enhance equipment reliability and operational uptime
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize maintenance workflows
- Drive compliance with safety and quality standards throughout maintenance operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience working in facilities projects within semiconductor or pharmaceutical plants
- Seven to ten years of site experience in plant maintenance and operations
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a team player managing engineers and technicians
