Senior Mechanical Engineer (Back-end equipment)

Job Description:

• Design and develop products using 3D CAD and simulation tools.

• Handle product assembly, testing, and buy-off.

• Perform mechanical part design, process, and tooling verification.

• Drive product and process improvements.

• Prepare engineering documentation, including drawings, DCNs, SOPs, manuals, and pneumatic schematics.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical design, material selection, and metal/plastic fabrication.

• Proficient in SolidWorks.

• Equipment design, test integration, test socket/probe design, and semiconductor test process experience is an advantage.

• Knowledge of semiconductor processes or IR technology is an added advantage.
