We are hiring a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to be a part of our Behind The Ear (BTE) Development team.
What you will do
- Design, develop and validate BTE Hearing Aids
- Implement new technologies or concepts into BTE Hearing Aid design
- Utilize various tools of specialization (CREO/ DFM/ DFMEA/ Tolerance Analysis/ Simulation etc.) to design, validate and improve existing designs
- Performs technical analysis related to process/design problems, and create and maintain BOM
- Supervise and follow up on support activities (Trial runs, FA approval, etc) for timely processing of ECRs/ECOs
- Perform cost saving activities in redesign of high runner products/processes and purchases-to-make.
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience:
- Designing plastic/metal/rubber parts in product design
- Working in intercultural/global teams
- Leading project teams
- Experience in Tolerance Analysis, DFM/DFA, DOE and DFMEA.
