Senior Mechanical Design Engineer
- Working days: Monday - Friday 830am to 530pm
- Location : Ang Mo Kio Techplace
- Salary: $4,500 - $6,500
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct equipment design & development work according to customers and internal specifications.
- Act as project lead to plan, organize and co-ordinate their respective project's meetings to review design and ensure projects are kept to schedule.
- Maintain and control relevant documents related to R & D activities per requirements.
- Maintain, keep track, and ensure Billed Materials is updated.
- Generate detailed 2D/3D drawings
- Raise ECN for update of changes to design and drawings and follow up on approval and ECN flow.
- Provide technical support to process & production, supply chain & QA for review and troubleshooting of design and drawings.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or relevant disciplines.
- At least a minimum 4 years of relevant experience in semiconductor or automation equipment design.
- Experience of mechanical designs using SolidWorks is preferred. Candidate with Autodesk/Auto CAD Software will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Words, Excel, PowerPoint) are required.
- Solid knowledge and experience in material properties
- Willing to travel for overseas projects if required
