Senior Mechanical Design Engineer (Power Supply)

THE COMPANY

Our Client is a renowned organisation in the Semiconductor industry with a strong presence worldwide. They are looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer as part of their expansion plans in Singapore, reporting to the R&D Engineering Manager.

THE ROLE

The Senior Mechanical Design Engineer is responsible for:

• Lead mechanical design and development of enclosures, thermal management systems, and packaging for power supplies.
• Drive innovation in cooling solutions, structural integrity, and compact form factors.
• Collaborate with electrical engineers to integrate mechanical and power electronics seamlessly.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across projects.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in mechanical design for SMPS or power supplies.
• Strong knowledge of thermal analysis, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency with CAD tools and simulation software.
