Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Singapore and the region
  • Build and manage relationships with enterprise customers, system integrators, channel partners, and strategic accounts
  • Promote QuettaFlow's solutions in AI infrastructure, immersion cooling, edge computing, and related technology offerings
  • Understand customer requirements and translate them into solution-based proposals
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions
  • Work closely with technical and management teams to support solution positioning and customer engagement
  • Execute sales and marketing initiatives, including lead generation, events, campaigns, and partner outreach
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts and progress updates
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the IT, AI, and data centre sectors
  • Represent the company professionally at meetings, exhibitions, industry events, and networking sessions
  • Support the development of marketing materials, case studies, and business development content where needed

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing in the IT or technology industry
  • Proven track record in business development, sales pipeline management, and account acquisition
  • Experience in solution selling, especially in areas such as IT infrastructure, servers, storage, networking, cloud, data centre, or enterprise technology solutions
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Able to engage both commercial and technical stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a growth-stage environment
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management and sales processes
  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in data centre, AI infrastructure, liquid cooling, enterprise hardware, or system integration sales
  • Existing network with enterprise IT buyers, channel partners, or data centre ecosystem players
  • Familiarity with on-premise AI solutions, edge computing, or high-performance computing environments
  • Regional market exposure in Southeast Asia is an advantage
