Identify and develop new business opportunities in Singapore and the region
Build and manage relationships with enterprise customers, system integrators, channel partners, and strategic accounts
Promote QuettaFlow's solutions in AI infrastructure, immersion cooling, edge computing, and related technology offerings
Understand customer requirements and translate them into solution-based proposals
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions
Work closely with technical and management teams to support solution positioning and customer engagement
Execute sales and marketing initiatives, including lead generation, events, campaigns, and partner outreach
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts and progress updates
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the IT, AI, and data centre sectors
Represent the company professionally at meetings, exhibitions, industry events, and networking sessions
Support the development of marketing materials, case studies, and business development content where needed
Requirements
Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing in the IT or technology industry
Proven track record in business development, sales pipeline management, and account acquisition
Experience in solution selling, especially in areas such as IT infrastructure, servers, storage, networking, cloud, data centre, or enterprise technology solutions
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Able to engage both commercial and technical stakeholders
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a growth-stage environment
Strong understanding of customer relationship management and sales processes
Diploma in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in data centre, AI infrastructure, liquid cooling, enterprise hardware, or system integration sales
Existing network with enterprise IT buyers, channel partners, or data centre ecosystem players
Familiarity with on-premise AI solutions, edge computing, or high-performance computing environments
Regional market exposure in Southeast Asia is an advantage
