Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Marketing Lead to join our team in Singapore. You will be the voice of our brand, responsible for crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience. In this role, you will own the end-to-end content strategy, from planning and writing high-impact LinkedIn posts and product marketing collateral to architecting the content structure of our official website. You will bridge the gap between product features and customer value, driving brand awareness and lead generation through the power of words.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Community Engagement (LinkedIn Focus)

  • Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive LinkedIn content calendar. Move beyond generic updates to create thought leadership pieces, industry insights, and engaging stories that build our brand authority.
  • Personal Branding: Assist executive leadership in crafting personal brand content to amplify company reach (Ghostwriting).
  • Growth: Monitor analytics to optimize engagement rates, follower growth, and click-through rates. Engage with the community to foster meaningful conversations.

2. Product Marketing & Sales Enablement

  • Collateral Creation: Write and design (or lead design for) high-converting sales assets, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, whitepapers, and brochures.
  • Value Proposition: Translate complex technical product features into clear, benefit-driven copy that speaks to different buyer personas.
  • Launch Support: Collaborate with the Product and Sales teams to create Go-to-Market content packages for new feature releases.

3. Website Content Strategy

  • Content Architecture: Audit and restructure existing website content to improve user journey (UX) and SEO performance.
  • Copywriting: Write persuasive landing page copy, narratives, and blog posts that drive organic traffic and conversions.
  • SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices in all web content to ensure high ranking for relevant keywords in the APAC and global markets.

4. Content Planning & Editorial Calendar

  • Editorial Management: Maintain a centralized content calendar, ensuring a steady stream of high-quality output across all channels.
  • Storytelling: Interview internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to extract insights and turn them into compelling stories.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Content Marketing, Copywriting, or Communications, preferably in a B2B / SaaS / Tech environment.
  • Language Skills: Native-level proficiency in English (Written and Spoken) is a must. Proficiency in Mandarin or other SEA languages is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Writing Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating versatilityfrom punchy social media captions to long-form thought leadership and persuasive sales copy.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to think beyond writing and understand how content fits into the broader marketing funnel and business goals.
  • Tools: Familiarity with content management systems (CMS like WordPress/Webflow), SEO tools (Semrush/Ahrefs), and social media scheduling tools.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent stakeholder management skills, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and a keen eye for detail.
