Key Responsibilities:
Campaign management & execution
- Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Design and implement campaign mechanics, incentives and promotional strategies to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
- Manage and optimise external marketing channels, including affiliate partners, influencers, media collaborations, strategic partnerships and events to maximise campaign reach and effectiveness.
- Oversee vendors, merchandise production and third parties for the organisation of offline events and activations.
Data-Driven Strategy Development and Optimization:
- Closely monitor and analyze key performance metrics across channels and partnership initiatives (e.g. traffic acquisition, conversion rates, ROI).
- Use data insights to accurately assess partnership value and continuously optimize channel strategies, collaboration models, and resource allocation to ensure clear, efficient business direction.
- Track market and competitor trends to adapt plans, seize opportunities and mitigate risks.
Key Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing for a financial institutional or tech company.
- Proven track record in driving user acquisition or revenue growth.
- Prior experience in managing affiliates, influencers and media partners is preferred.
- Strong results orientation and resilience: Highly goal-driven, able to perform under pressure, overcome challenges, and remain persistent in driving partnerships to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Excellent independence and collaboration skills: Capable of managing the full partnership process independently while also working effectively across internal teams to mobilize resources and support execution.
- Solid data analysis and strategic thinking: Proficient in using data to identify issues, evaluate opportunities, and formulate and adjust actionable business strategies.
- Outstanding business communication and negotiation skills: Strong interpersonal awareness and persuasion skills, with the ability to build stable, long-term partner relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or finance.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese as working languages.
- Knowledge of investment and trading products (shares, ETFs, options and futures) is a strong bonus.
- Proficient in office productivity software and data analysis tools.
