We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our growing team in Singapore. This role is the backbone of our merchant experience, focusing on high-accuracy data management, technical deployment, and proactive merchant support.
Why This Role
This is a high-impact position where your precision directly affects our speed-to-market. You will own the merchant lifecycle from the initial application to the first successful transaction.
Merchant Onboarding & Applications: Execute end-to-end data entry for merchant onboarding and acquirer applications with 100% accuracy.
System Deployment: Handle system setup, terminal configuration, and physical/digital deployment for new merchants.
Operational Servicing: Monitor system performance, track inventory/costs, and ensure all merchant accounts are compliant and active.
Merchant Support: Act as the primary point of contact for technical queries, on-site/online troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Process Follow-up: Rigorously follow up on pending applications and external partner requests to minimize turnaround time.
Experience: 3+ years in operations, ideally within the payments or financial services industry.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Credit/Debit cards, EMV, and mobile payment systems.
Skills: High proficiency in spreadsheets (data analysis) and digital productivity tools.
Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, a methodical approach to diagnosing issues, and a proactive can-do attitude.
