Senior Marketing Manager

We're representing a growing consumer brand with high growth ambitions.

The leader has done the marketing themselves for three years; they know exactly how hard the job is, and they're ready to hand it to someone who'll own it properly. This is for the marketer who's been executing someone else's plan brilliantly and is ready to be the one whose plan it is.

What You'd Own

• Own the marketing plan end to end : positioning, channels, calendar, budget and answer for the numbers
• Run performance and lifecycle marketing hands-on: paid social, CRM, email with ROAS you can defend
• Lead content and social direction, managing freelancers and a junior executive rather than doing everything yourself
• Build the measurement discipline: attribution honest enough to kill your own underperforming campaigns
• Partner sales and product so marketing drives revenue, not just reach
• Present the results to the founders monthly , wins, misses, and what changes next

What You'll Bring

• 4–8 years in marketing with at least 2 owning a plan and budget, not just executing one
• Performance marketing fluency - Meta/Google hands-on, CRM/email platforms, comfort in a spreadsheet
• Brand judgment: you can brief creative, protect a tone of voice, and know when the data is missing the point
• Experience in lean teams where you've stretched budget with craft instead of headcount
• A campaign you're genuinely proud of and the numbers behind it

Compensation: S$6,500–9,000/month + bonus. Hybrid, Singapore.
