We are hiring a Senior Marketing Manager for an established international Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand undergoing a brand repositioning phase in Singapore.
This role requires a candidate who can think strategically while remaining highly hands-on, working closely with senior leadership to drive brand transformation, digital growth, and commercial performance.
Reintroduce and reposition the brand in the Singapore market, strengthening its relevance in a competitive landscape
Build and enhance digital presence, visibility, and customer engagement across key channels
Drive a measurable increase in store traffic and revenue through marketing initiatives
Strengthen overall brand competitiveness and market positioning
Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategy, campaigns, and budget
Lead brand positioning and awareness initiatives
Drive digital marketing and customer engagement strategies
Execute Local Store Marketing (LSM) to improve outlet-level performance
Work closely with Operations on menu launches, promotions, and campaigns
Manage agencies and ensure ROI-driven campaign execution
Lead a lean marketing function (hands-on role)
Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Minimum 10-12 years of marketing experience, preferably in:
Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), OR
International multi-outlet F&B chains with similar operating model
Proven track record in:
Brand repositioning and growth initiatives
Delivering marketing campaigns with clear revenue impact
Strong understanding of:
High-volume, fast-paced F&B business environment
Consumer behaviour and market dynamics
Comfortable working in a lean, hands-on environment
