Job Description
Lead regional strategy and execution to accelerate adoption of hemorrhagic therapies and drive procedure growth across APAC.- Develop and implement APAC-wide therapy development and medical education programs for physicians and healthcare professionals, aligned with clinical evidence and local regulatory requirements.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to support therapy adoption, clinical advocacy, and long-term market development.
- Provide APAC market insights to global teams to support product strategy, launch planning, and lifecycle management.
- Adapt global marketing tools, messaging, and channel strategies to ensure strong regional relevance and commercial impact.
- Support sales capability building through onboarding, advanced training programs, and complex case support initiatives.
- Lead business planning activities, including annual operating plans, budgeting, financial tracking, and ROI evaluation.
- Ensure all marketing, education, and clinical engagement activities comply with quality, regulatory, and compliance standards across APAC markets.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of experience in the medical device industry.
- Minimum 3 years of neurovascular sales or marketing experience.
- Proven experience managing products from concept through launch.
- Experience working in a matrixed global organization.
- Regional APAC experience is required.
- Strong experience engaging with clinical experts, physicians, and Key Opinion Leaders.
- Good understanding of stroke pathways and interventional neurovascular procedures.
