Job Description

We are seeking for a Senior Marketing Manager to drive brand excellence, account-based marketing (ABM), demand generation, and pipeline acceleration across strategic accounts. This role will lead integrated marketing initiatives spanning brand, high-impact events, ABM programs, and digital channels (with a strong focus on LinkedIn), working closely with sales and leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate should be a strategic, yet hands-on marketer with strong experience in enterprise technology or services marketing and a proven ability to influence revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Strategic Marketing

· Strengthen and evolve the iCompaz brand in alignment with brand guidelines and local market priorities.

· Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and communication plans that support growth objectives and strategic accounts.

· Ensure consistent messaging across digital platforms, events, campaigns, and sales enablement assets.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM) & Pipeline Acceleration

· Own and drive ABM strategy and execution for priority and named accounts.

· Partner closely with sales leaders to align marketing plans with account strategies.

· Design targeted, multi-touch ABM campaigns to accelerate pipeline creation, deal progression, and account expansion.

Events

· Lead end-to-end execution of CXO events, industry forums, roundtables, partner events, identify and organize speaking slots for the company leaders.

· Create personalized, high-value event experiences for target accounts and senior stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management

Qualifications & Experience:

· 10-15 years professional marketing experience, within technology and IT services in Singapore and Southeast Asia

· Experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and pipeline-driven campaigns.

· Strong background in events, digital marketing, and LinkedIn campaigns.

· Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

· Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution

· Motivated and self-driven

· Ability to communicate, present and influence different levels

· Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
