Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategy, platform relations, brand development, and community growth for our mobile game titles.
You will define positioning and launch strategy, while also directly driving key initiatives such as ASO, platform coordination, influencer partnerships, and PR activities.
You will work closely with Performance Marketing, Product, and Creative teams to deliver cohesive and measurable launch outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
. Define product positioning, target audience, and messaging strategy
. Plan and execute go-to-market initiatives from soft launch to global rollout
. Build and maintain relationships with Apple App Store and Google Play teams to support store visibility and featuring
. Lead and execute ASO initiatives to improve store discoverability and conversion
. Define launch success metrics in partnership with Performance Marketing and track key outcomes
. Develop and execute brand initiatives to strengthen market presence
. Build and grow community engagement across social and owned channels
. Identify, negotiate, and manage influencer/KOL partnerships to drive awareness and engagement
. Execute PR initiatives including media outreach, press releases, and industry coverage
. Plan and execute selected offline initiatives (events, roadshows, industry conferences) to support launch and brand visibility
. Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform positioning and messaging
. Collaborate with Product teams to ensure market insights inform feature prioritization
Requirements:
. 5-8+ years of experience in mobile app marketing or game publishing
. Proven experience launching at least one mobile title. However, candidates from major Social/E-commerce platforms (with strong App Growth) are welcome if they demonstrate a clear understanding of the gaming ecosystem.
. Experience managing brand, community, influencer, or PR initiatives in gaming or mobile apps
. Experience working with App Store and Google Play platform processes
. Solid understanding of ASO and store conversion best practices
. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
. Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication skills
. High ownership, proactive mindset, and comfortable operating in a lean environment
. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
. Fluent in English and Mandarin
