We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to drive strategic account growth, flagship industry presence, and executive engagement initiatives that directly contribute to pipeline expansion.
This role owns end-to-end marketing programmes that drive pipeline growth, strengthen enterprise relationships, and elevate brand positioning in the market. The ideal candidate is a full-stack B2B marketer who combines strategic thinking with strong execution and project management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Growth & Executive Engagement
- Drive in-base growth and expansion within strategic and enterprise accounts
- Design and execute targeted account-based marketing initiatives
- Develop and lead executive engagement programmes, including curated forums and tailored briefings
- Oversee Executive Briefing Centre (EBC) programme planning and experience delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-impact, account-aligned sessions
- Translate engagement initiatives into measurable pipeline growth
Flagship Industry Events & Market Presence
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of major industry events, conferences, and executive forums
- Own event strategy, positioning, messaging, and stakeholder coordination
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and physical channels
- Lead co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners
- Manage communications assets, timelines, and campaign alignment with business priorities
- Ensure clear measurement of impact, including leads, pipeline contribution and brand visibility
End-to-End Programme Management
- Own the full lifecycle of marketing programmes, from concept to reporting
- Manage budgets, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Ensure high standards in execution, documentation and governance
- Drive operational excellence across multiple concurrent initiatives
Performance & Reporting
- Manage the entire lifecycle of marketing programs, from initial concept to final reporting

Requirements
- 710 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology or enterprise environments
- Strong experience in growth marketing, account-based marketing, or enterprise marketing
- Proven track record in leading large-scale events and executive-level engagements
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial acumen and results orientation
- Ability to operate independently and manage multiple concurrent initiatives
