Banking Circle is expanding its Digital Assets vertical as part of its long-term growth strategy. We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to the Client and Market Engagement team in Singapore to lead the articulation and positioning of our Digital Assets strategy globally.

This is a senior, strategic role responsible for defining how a regulated bank communicates its role within the evolving Digital Assets ecosystem. The successful candidate will combine deep sector knowledge with strong institutional judgement, ensuring our positioning reflects credibility, maturity and long-term commitment. The role works closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders across commercial, product, compliance and regional teams.

We offer a hybrid work model for our employees to allow for flexibility and productivity. However, we do expect you to spend most of your time in the office to build community and efficiency in the team.

• Own and maintain a clear Digital Assets narrative framework
• Produce quarterly ecosystem briefings for leadership
• Prepare executives for industry panels, media, and client forums
• Support sales with differentiated positioning and testimonial strategy
• Lead internal education on our Digital Assets strategy
• Advise on priority Web3 events and presence
• Support differentiated go-to-market initiatives within the Digital Assets vertical

Things we'll look for on your resume

Ideally, you bring 68+ years experience in Digital Assets, crypto infrastructure, fintech strategy or a closely related sector.

You have a strong understanding of exchange banking models, stablecoin mechanics, custody frameworks and settlement infrastructure, and a demonstrated ability to translate complex market dynamics into clear, structured communication.

Furthermore, you have experience advising senior stakeholders or C-suite executives, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and strong judgement, credibility and ability to operate with autonomy. Experience within a regulated financial institution is advantageous.
