We are representing a leading hospitality and lifestyle destination seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives across a diverse portfolio of dining concepts.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a central marketing partner, collaborating closely with brand, digital, social and communications teams to translate overarching strategies into compelling, guest-facing experiences
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with internal stakeholders by deeply understanding business objectives and translating them into cohesive narratives across multiple F&B concepts
- Champion the positioning of the overall dining destination, ensuring marketing initiatives drive both brand strength and commercial outcomes
- Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing plans with clear objectives, leveraging content, paid media and partnerships across the funnel
- Oversee the marketing of individual venue programming, including seasonal offerings, collaborations and special dining experiences
- Ideate and deliver large-scale F&B activations that enhance broader lifestyle and brand-led initiatives within the destination
- Oversee the creative direction and development of marketing assets across digital, social, on-property and paid channels, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Own campaign planning, budget management and accrual tracking with a high level of accuracy and accountability
- Use analytics and performance reporting to optimise campaigns for reach, engagement and ROI.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified with at least 8 years in luxury F&B marketing
- Strong expertise in full-funnel marketing, with experience across both traditional and digital channels
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and external agency partners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
