Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns across multiple digital channels to achieve business growth objectives
- Create and curate engaging content for the website, social media platforms, and email marketing to increase audience engagement and brand awareness
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify new opportunities and emerging trends that inform marketing strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and alignment with business goals
- Monitor marketing campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and other marketing activities to enhance brand presence and customer engagement
- Assist in managing the marketing budget and resources to optimize campaign effectiveness and cost efficiency
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing roles, preferably within the services or retail industry
- Proficient in using social media platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools to execute campaigns effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling and persuasive content tailored to target audiences
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to multitask and prioritize marketing activities efficiently
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
