What You'll Do:
. Track and analyse marketing performance to optimise campaigns and report key insights to management.
. Create and manage social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and produce engaging content that strengthens our online presence.
. Manage and support the execution of loyalty programmes, member campaigns, and email marketing to deepen customer relationships. Compile monthly report and analysis of membership performance.
. Support planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and in-store channels.
. Coordinate brand activations, events, and photoshoots to enhance brand visibility.
. Work closely with internal teams to maintain brand consistency across all communications.
. Ensure timely updates on company websites and social platforms.
What We're Looking For:
. Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or equivalent.
. Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in F&B or retail industry.
. Adaptable team player, able to work independently and with internal and external stakeholders.
. Strong coordination and communication skills with attention to detail.
. Creative flair with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, content creation and basic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
