Job purpose

The Senior Marketing Executive supports the International Market Marketing Director with a primary focus on planning, sourcing, and executing offline marketing events and brand activations for Singapore and international markets. This role leads coordination of exhibitions, roadshows, retail activations, and partnership events while ensuring alignment with brand strategy and local market practices.The role works closely with China HQ teams and external agencies to translate, adapt, and localize marketing materials into clear, market-appropriate English.

The role ensures all brand and product communications are international-market ready and supports digital marketing, social media, and content execution as part of integrated marketing activities.

Job Responsibilities

1. Offline Marketing Events & Brand Activations (Primary Focus) ()

  • Source, evaluate, and coordinate offline marketing opportunities, including exhibitions, retail activations, roadshows, community events, and strategic partnerships.,.

  • Lead planning and coordination of offline marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives and brand strategy.,

  • Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, budgeting support, timelines, and on-site execution.,

  • Work with internal teams to ensure marketing materials and messaging are aligned for offline events.,

  • Conduct post-event analysis, reporting, and improvement planning.

2. HQ Liaison & Localization Support

  • Liaise with China HQ marketing teams and appointed agencies to coordinate marketing materials and campaign requirements.,

  • Translate, rewrite, and localize marketing content from Chinese to English, ensuring clarity and brand consistency.,

  • Advise HQ on localization of messaging, visuals, and product communication for international markets.

3. Digital Marketing & Content Support

  • Support execution of digital marketing initiatives, including social media postings and content adaptation related to campaigns and events.,

  • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and local market practices.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for marketing deliverables.

4. Market Support & General Marketing Duties

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to improve event and marketing strategies.,

  • Support preparation of marketing reports and internal updates.

  • Perform other marketing duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 4-6 years of relevant marketing experience, with strong exposure to offline marketing events, brand activations, or experiential marketing.4-6 ,

  • Experience in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Chinese Proprietary Medicine (CPM), health supplements, healthcare products, or related FMCG sectors is preferred.(TCM)(CPM)

  • Familiarity with regulated products, compliance-sensitive marketing communications, and health-related product messaging will be an advantage.,

  • Strong proficiency in both Chinese and English, with the ability to translate and localize marketing content effectively.,

  • Good understanding of Singapore market practices, consumer behavior, and marketing norms.

  • Hands-on experience in event planning, vendor coordination, and on-site execution is highly preferred.

  • Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation is advantageous.

  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.,
