Job purpose
The Senior Marketing Executive supports the International Market Marketing Director in executing and localizing marketing initiatives for Singapore and international markets. This role works closely with China HQ teams and external agencies to translate, adapt, and localize marketing materials into clear, market-appropriate English. The role ensures all brand and product communications are international-market ready and supports both online and offline marketing execution. The role also supports digital marketing, social media, content creation, and offline marketing event execution in line with Singapore market practices.

Job Responsibilities
1. HQ Liaison & Localization Support
Liaise with China HQ marketing teams and appointed agencies to coordinate marketing materials, campaign requirements, and timelines.

Translate, rewrite, and localize marketing content from Chinese to English, ensuring clarity, accuracy, brand consistency, and cultural relevance.

Advise HQ on localization of messaging, tone, visuals, and product communication to meet Singapore and international market expectations.

Recreate and refine HQ marketing materials to ensure suitability for international use, including presentations, brochures, digital assets, and product communication materials.

2. Digital Marketing & Content Execution
Support execution of digital marketing initiatives, including social media postings, online campaigns, and content calendars.

Assist in creating and adapting content for social media platforms, websites, and marketing communications.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and is appropriate for local and international audiences.

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing outputs.

3. Offline Marketing Events & Activations
Source, evaluate, and coordinate offline marketing opportunities, including events, exhibitions, roadshows, and partnership activations.

Support planning, coordination, and on-site execution of offline marketing events in Singapore.

Liaise with vendors, venues, and partners to ensure smooth execution of offline marketing activities.

Support post-event follow-up, reporting, and evaluation to assess effectiveness and improvement areas.

4. Market Support & General Marketing Duties
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support continuous marketing improvement.

Support preparation of marketing reports, presentations, and internal updates as required.
Perform other marketing duties typically expected of a Senior Marketing Executive in Singapore, as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
Minimum 4-6 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably with regional or cross-border (China-international) exposure.

Experience in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Chinese Proprietary Medicine (CPM), health supplements, healthcare products, or related FMCG sectors is preferred. (TCM)(CPM)
Familiarity with regulated products, compliance-sensitive marketing communications, and health-related product messaging will be an advantage. ,
Strong proficiency in both Chinese and English, with the ability to translate and localize marketing content effectively.

Good understanding of Singapore market practices, consumer behavior, and marketing norms.
Experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and offline marketing support.
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
