Partner with the Marketing Manager to develop the strategic roadmap and product assortment for the brand in HMT market, considering competitor offerings, consumer insights, and business impact. Support marketing calendar planning in line with global/regional directions and local priorities.
Manage the development of NPLs, campaign concepts; plan and execute 360° campaigns with the marketing team. Ensure core messages are consistently communicated across all consumer touchpoints.
Provide consumer insights to refine product positioning and creative executions.
Lead and facilitate the sales forecast process for launches (saleable and non-saleable), oversee supply chain coordination, and maintain healthy inventory levels to support sales objectives.
Gather consumer feedback and recommend product improvements where necessary.
Build strong partnerships with retailers, develop trade marketing plans, and coordinate initiatives to secure business opportunities.
Lead promotional strategy development, design channel- and audience-specific tactical offerings, manage KPIs (samples, gifts ROI), and share insights for continuous improvement.
Drive omni-channel promotional execution by working closely with field teams. Ensure seamless roll-out of programs, followed by performance analysis and key learnings for future enhancement.
