Job Description:
Develop, plan and deliver marketing campaigns across digital, social media and offline channels.
Coordinate marketing events, product launches and promotional activities.
Manage digital content across key regional platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Rednote
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using insights to make data-driven decisions and optimizations.
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business development objectives.
Manage external vendors, agencies and marketing partners.
Manage brand consistency across all marketing communications and materials.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
Manage and plan CRM system and develop strategies to maintain customer satisfaction.
Job Requirement:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field
1 to 3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the service or F&B industry
Hands-on experience in market research and data analysis within the service or F&B sectors
Familiar with both online and offline media platforms, including advertising formats and requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite will be an advantage
Experience with data analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Power BI will be an advantage
Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
Proficiency in English is required. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is needed to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
