About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and highly-organized Senior Marketing Executive, Promotions

(Kiss92) to drive awareness and growth for Kiss92. This role is crucial for executing integrated

marketing, promotions, and station events, requiring a hands-on approach to planning, logistics,

and stakeholder management.

The Impact You'll Make

  • Lead End-to-End Marketing and Promotions Strategy: Own the conceptualization, planning, and timely execution of high-impact marketing, promotions, and radio event campaigns from brief to launch.
  • Stakeholder and Talent Management: Serve as the primary liaison, effectively coordinating complex projects with a wide array of internal teams (Sales, Audience Marketing, Content) and external partners (DJs/Talent, event organizers, clients, vendors, and venue landlords).
  • Event & Logistics Oversight: Oversee the intricate logistical planning and execution for large-scale on-site and outdoor broadcast events, including managing permits, coordinating vendor contracts, and ensuring operational excellence.
  • Performance and Budget Accountability: Rigorously monitor campaign effectiveness, track key performance indicators (KPIs) like listenership and ROI, and manage marketing expenditure to remain strictly within the allocated budget.
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives are consistently aligned with established brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in conceptualizing and executing integrated marketing and promotions campaigns, preferably within the media or events industry.
  • Exceptional Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple, complex, and time-sensitive projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to administrative follow-through (e.g., event documentation, vendor quotes).
  • Communication & Influence: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a track record of successfully managing and aligning diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive, creative, and highly energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
