Job Description

Job Purpose

The role is responsible for the end‑to‑end planning, development, and execution of international commemorative coin and collectible programmes. This includes programme conceptualisation, market analysis, stakeholder coordination, marketing alignment, and commercial performance management.

Working closely with cross‑functional teams and external partners, the role supports the Head of Program Origination & Marketing to ensure programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic and commercial objectives.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Programme Management (End‑to‑End)

  • Own programme planning and delivery across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and launch readiness.
  • Manage the full programme lifecycle from concept development through production coordination to market launch.
  • Maintain programme plans, milestones, approvals, and risk/issue logs to ensure timely execution.

Market Research & Programme Conceptualisation

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform programme concepts, positioning, and direction.
  • Identify market trends, opportunities, and differentiation levers to strengthen commercial outcomes.

Stakeholder & Cross‑Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate internal teams (marketing, sales, design, production, operations) and external vendors or partners.
  • Align stakeholders on priorities, dependencies, and deliverables; identify and resolve bottlenecks promptly.

Marketing, Channel Enablement & Commercial Performance

  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop go‑to‑market plans and launch support requirements.
  • Provide sales enablement materials, including product information, key messages, and data insights.
  • Monitor programme KPIs and programme‑level P&L; track performance and recommend adjustments based on results and market feedback.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare programme updates, reports, and presentations for management and senior stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate documentation covering programme planning, market research, decision logs, and execution workflows.

Key Accountabilities

  • Successful delivery of assigned programmes within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Achievement of programme‑level commercial objectives and KPIs.
  • Effective coordination across cross‑functional teams and external partners.
  • Accuracy and completeness of programme documentation and reporting.

Major Challenges

  • Managing complex, high‑value programmes with multiple components and tight timelines.
  • Coordinating diverse stakeholders with competing priorities.
  • Balancing budget, quality, and commercial targets while ensuring timely delivery.
  • Responding to market dynamics and shifts in customer demand with timely recommendations.
  • Balancing operational execution with strategic planning in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Define go‑to‑market and channel enablement requirements for programme launches.
  • Prioritise actions to mitigate risks, resolve issues, and manage dependencies.

  • Programme budgets vary by collectible complexity and market scope.
  • High cross‑functional influence across marketing, production, operations, sales, and external partners.
  • Accountability for programme‑level P&L outcomes and KPI achievement (e.g. sales, engagement, timeline adherence).

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Arts, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in programme or project management, product development, or integrated marketing.
  • Proven track record managing complex projects with tight deadlines and diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in consumer product industries and distribution channels is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
